So, when the weather is cooler, we don't drink as many smoothies because drinker colder beverages makes me colder and I don't want to be any colder in the winter. So, there's that. But with warmer weather on the way, we have been whipping up more smoothies.
Here is my go-to...In my Blendtec that pulverizes anything.
8 oz. milk of your choice- (almond, cashew, cow's milk)-
1/2 cup-3/4 cup frozen fruit - I usually do frozen strawberries, cherries, mango
1 scoop of nut butter
1 packet of Stevia
handful of something green- kale or spinach
Blend that baby up! Boom- protein, veggies, fruit, afternoon snack- CHECK.
